Alexander holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with over 15 years at Shell. He has worked in Process Engineering, WRFM and Operations support roles.
He was early adopter of predictive analytics and digitalization, enhancing production operations. His experience spans Russia, the Netherlands, and Brunei joint ventures, and contributions to Shell’s global projects.
For the last 4 years, he has supported IT projects for non-operated ventures, leveraging technical expertise and knowledge of digital solutions.

With a BSc in Control and Automation, Vadim brings over 10 years of hands-on engineering experience ranging from LNG and Offshore platforms to back office support.
His extensive work in Condition monitoring team has sharpened his expertise in predictive maintenance and advanced data analytics.
Vadim piloted various digital initiatives like Wireless sensors and Connected fieldworker. He often acknowledged as a passionate integrator of domain knowledge, data engineering, and data science.
