1.2 Scope & Limitations:

• Mimics enterprise AI tools connected to corporate data sources (e.g., EC, PI databases; SharePoint; OneDrive).
• Intended solely to give users a “flavour” of LLM-powered solutions - it is not production-ready.
• Free of charge; no subscription or payment required.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Account Authentication: You must sign in with a valid Google account.

3. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities

3.1 Permitted Use: You may only use prompts focused on business-related, oil & gas industry matters.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to, and shall not permit any third party to:

• Upload any sensitive personal, medical, or financial data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools against the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to disable or impair any portion of the Service.

4. Data Retention & Privacy

4.1 Chat Logs: All chats and logs are retained for no longer than 24 hours.

4.2 Personal Data: We collect only the minimal personal data tied to your Google account for authentication; no additional personal data is retained.

4.3 Privacy Policy: Our full data collection, usage, and retention practices are governed by our Privacy Policy

5. Disclaimers & Warranties
